Compared to pyrodex pellets it's just as difficult to clean as any other powder. Three times it didn't fire. The back pellet was black from the primer but never ignited. Switch the front pellet to the back and it fired. Switched to pyrodex and out of the entire box didn't happen. Missed a huge buck because of these, primer went off, pellets didnt.
I use white hots in my CVA V2 with a 250 grain T/C shock wave and I get sub MOA groups at 100 yards. I'll never use any other propellant.
These pellets will achieve 3/4 inch groups at 100 yards using my CVA Optima V2 and they are also extremely clean burning.
Works great with my CVA Accura MR!
I use a T/C Omega with 300 gr shock wave w/ Super Glide Sabots clean up nice never had any trouble with them.
I have used this for a few years and can find no reason to change,if it works then why fix it. Bone crushing power,I try to shoot my critters thru the shoulders and it drops them, only had 1 deer so far that did not and he only went 10 yards.Shoots good and cleans up fairly easy.
I use a CVA muzzleloader which recommends white hots by IMR. They are very quick and CLEAN BURNING. Clean up is easier than with other brands as well as more shots between barrel swabs.
WhiteHots are the best muzzle loader propellant I have ever used, hands down. Cleans up in a snap. Tight groups. I would like to say, beware of the powerbelt bullets, they will occasionally fragment (blow-up) causing a very shallow wound cavity, resulting in lost game.
